The Rental Process
Deposit & Fees
Local Pickup
Exclusively for your convenience, your rental will be delivered to you at your agreed upon location. Arrangements for meeting time and location will be determined after rental approval and deposit received.
A security deposit is required to cover potential damage or loss and is determined by current market value tier. Regardless of cash payment, you must still have a credit or debit card on file for incidentals. Our rental fees are calculated based on the duration of your rental and the specific handbag requested. All payments are processed securely through our online portal. acceptable forms of payment include cash, credit/debit, and pay-over-time apps such as Klarna or after pay.
There are no hidden fees; all fees are outlined in each rental agreement. All renters are subject to identity verification, powered through Stripe, prior to renting approval.
Return Policy
Handbags must be returned to HOJ in the same condition as received. Please ensure all accessories are returned and the bag is clean. Late returns may incur a daily fee. We recommend scheduling your return time in advance.

Long before House of JorDiva, I was just a girl who loved matching her purse to her outfit...

In college, I worked at the Coach Outlet in Dawsonville, Georgia. I watched my managers walk in with their beautiful Coach retail bags, totally out of reach for me, even while I was surrounded by them every day.
...Then came the Coach Nomad. 🤎
When I first saw that red Nomad, I fell in love. I wanted that bag so badly—but I couldn’t afford it. One day it disappeared from the display, but it never left my mind.
Years later, when I could finally afford it, I hunted down that exact red Nomad on Poshmark and bought it pre-owned. Owning a bag younger me thought was unattainable felt incredibly special.

Life took me into scientific sales, where I became analytical, detail‑oriented, curious, and a little obsessive about research. I was the girl carrying a vintage Louis Vuitton Speedy while talking chemistry on the regular—an unorthodox combo, I know.
I’ve always valued independence, and perseverance, even when your dream feels...a little crazy.
Earlier this year, everything clicked:
What if women didn’t have to wait years to experience the bag they love?
What if you could carry the designer bag on your date night, vacation, birthday, wedding weekend, girls’ trip—or an ordinary Tuesday—without justifying spending hundreds or thousands to own it?
